Subscription and Payment Policy

This Subscription and Payment Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made for services, subscriptions, and products offered through the Phenomenal AI website/platform ("Website"). By making a payment on our Website, you agree to the terms laid out in this Policy.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are available on the Website and incorporated herein by reference.
1. Payment Gateway
We support multiple modes of payment including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and approved wallets. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway service providers authorized to operate in India, in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.
We do not collect or store your complete payment instrument details such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or wallet passwords. These details are handled directly by the payment gateway provider using secure encryption, in compliance with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and applicable RBI guidelines.
3. Customer Rights and Responsibilities
Customers have the right to:
- Secure and transparent payment processing.
- Clear communication of service charges and applicable taxes.
- Prompt redressal of payment-related grievances.
- Access to transaction receipts and invoices.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and valid payment details.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of payment credentials and account information.
- Informing us immediately of any unauthorized transactions or payment errors.
- Ensuring sufficient funds are available for processing subscription renewals.
4. Service Delivery
Upon receipt of a successful payment, the corresponding subscription/service shall be activated on your account as per the plan selected. Payments made are considered confirmation of your intent to avail our services, and no services will be provided without successful payment authorization.
5. Pricing & Taxes
The current subscription fees for Phenomenal AI are:
- Monthly plans: Priced in Indian Rupees (INR) per month before applicable GST — see the Subscription page for current tiers.
- Yearly Plan: ₹8,499 (Indian Rupees) per year
These rates are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance, in accordance with applicable law.
All prices listed are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). The applicable GST will be calculated and added to your total at the time of checkout. The final amount, including taxes, will be displayed before you confirm your payment. GST invoices will be provided for all transactions as required by Indian law.
6. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
Your monthly and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (either monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to and authorize us (via our third-party payment gateway) to automatically charge your chosen payment method for the renewal term at the price then in effect.
In compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate guidelines, you may be required to provide an Additional Factor of Authentication (AFA, such as an OTP) to set up this recurring payment mandate.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations can be requested from your account dashboard or by writing to our support team at support@phenomenalai.in
- If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any partial subscription periods or unused time remaining in your billing cycle.
8. Failed Transactions
In case a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, the payment gateway provider will automatically initiate a refund to your original payment method within the timelines prescribed by RBI (typically 5-7 business days).
For UPI transactions, refunds (if applicable) are usually processed back to the same UPI ID within timelines prescribed by RBI/NPCI (generally within 1–3 working days). We are not liable for any delay in refunds arising due to the payment gateway or the issuing bank.
9. Refund Policy
As our services are digital in nature and provide immediate access, all payments once made are non-refundable.
We will only provide refunds in cases of duplicate transactions (where you were charged twice for the same billing period) or proven technical errors on our part that prevented the delivery of the service. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
